We find that the role we play is often a sounding board for the management team- keeping them grounded in market reality and focused on the whole value chain of taking a new product or service to market. If just one element of the value chain mix is missing, it often can be the difference between success and failure.
As part of this service we also offer independent reviews of the product or service, one on one with target clients or in panel interviews to get pre-launch feed back and input back into the business plan.
