• Sandy is a Shareholder and Director of CXO Advisor.
• Sandy has over 30 years of experience in the technology and information industry and extensive executive business management experience.
• Sandy is an expert in IT Management and the management of IT outsourcing. He has extended the 3Role Model™ Framework into understanding the IT Value Chain is one of the key elements of mapping and understanding IT processes as they related to IT value generation. This thinking has been utilized in CXO Advisor’s Outsource Management Framework including how King 3 recommendations will apply to Outsource management.
• Sandy’s work on the IT Value Chain has been utilized to transform an IT Vendor Service Management organization and has also been used to re-organize an IT Department’s organizational structures, to better support that businesses IT Value Chain and Strategy.
• Sandy has been a director of a number of organisation including, Ernst & Young Consulting, MTN-NS, I-Net Bridge, Career Junction and Johnnic E-Ventures
• Sandy has a B-Com Degree from the University of Natal.
