Leadership and Strategy

Group Information

Leadership and Strategy must take control of the game. Understand the landscape and act by the rules of the game or change the rules of the game and develop action plans to achieve a set of desired business outcomes. What does it mean to win the game and therefore how will we play the game and what can we do to change the rules to fit our business model and objectives.

The extent to which Leadership and Strategy relies on the IT function in any particular business depends on the IT intensity of the business and industry. In modern business the IT function is typically integral to Leadership and Strategy and should not merely react but should make an active contribution to Leadership and Strategy.

This is not the full assessment, which is normally done as a workshop but this will give you a sense of some of the considerations.
